Continuous Improvement Manager
Manager is responsible for Continuous Improvement of the manufacturing processes of the plant through application of Lean Manufacturing tools and Principals. Educate key people within the organization on the recommended approaches for continuous process improvement. Assist in the development of the Value Stream Maps. Ensure that a project plan is developed and agreed for each VSM
Specify the appropriate lean process improvement methodologies and tools.
Involve management in improvement projects in an effort to eliminate barriers to team success. Communicate lessons learned and best practices from improvement skills preferred to perform the job.
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing Leadership role.
Salary for this position is $80,000 to $100,000
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
