Home Health Physical Therapist
Physical Therapist needed for Home Health position in the Rocky Mount area. This position requires at least 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in home health. CareConnect allows for flexible scheduling, and a varying patient basis which allows for Therapist to work independently.
CareConnect is dedicated to staffing individuals that are hard workers but are also seeking a flexible schedule. We ask that Therapists commit to 2 days a week to begin, and can move into fulltime positions if seeking, or continue to work PRN.
The PT will be responsible for treating individuals that have health related conditions that limit their ability to move and perform functional activities in their daily lives. Professionals will be responsible for working towards restoring patient's function, alleviating pain, and preventing disabilities by planning a developing a treatment plan.
CareConnect provides competitive rates, mileage, and company cars for fulltime home health therapists.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
