Professional Service Technician
Provide Pest Management Services to Commercial and Residential customers by rendering applications, inspections, and providing exceptional customer service. Complete scheduled work in a timely manner on a daily basis. The following duties will also be a part of the daily job duties:
Perform inspections, identification, conducive conditions, recommend prevention and exclusion- perform perimeter treatments with power spraying equipment.
Must be able to perform mosquito and tick control with backpack powermister weighing approximately 40 pounds when full
Places control materials to interior and exterior
Must be able to climb ladders to a maximum of 30 feet
Presents new service proposals by explaining provisions and options
Collects revenue by obtaining service verifications
Completes records by entering required information on service tickets
Maintains quality results by adhering to company standards
Maintains safe work habit by following company standards
Resolves customer dissatisfactions by investigating complaints
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
