RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of the Ryan Homes Sales Team your goal is simple, to sell homes! After a comprehensive 60-90 day paid training program designed to maximize your success, you will be assigned to work in one of our beautiful model home communities. Our mission is to provide a superior sales experience that will create loyal Ryan Homes customers. No real estate license is required! Bring your successful sales skills to a new level.
Specific areas of responsibility will include:
Influence the sales process and home-buying decision
Build excitement and urgency for the customer
Communicate value to our buyers through in-depth needs analysis
Demonstrate the model home and available home sites
Use your creative ability to initiate target marketing through means such as direct mail, referral parties, grand opening celebrations and Realtor/Broker presentations.
Utilize your strong closing techniques in order to make the sale
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers as well as realtors
Review blueprints and site plans
Perform cost-estimates/Pre-qualify buyers for financing
Present purchase agreements.
Maintain the overall image of your model home and community

CORPORATE TRAINING
NVR's industry renowned paid Sales Training Program consists of centralized classroom learning, supplemented with extensive training on the job and in the employee's Division. Our program is designed so that within a maximum of 90 days you will be on the floor making money and selling at your best potential.
QUALIFICATIONS
An ideal sales candidate will have:
Three
years of demonstrated, successful sales experience
Excellent leadership skills
Strong closing skills
High degree of emotional intelligence
Strong problem solving and communication skills
Valid US work authorization
Current Driver's License

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
