HR Recruiter
Great opportunity to be involved in a fast-paced work environment. This position is responsible for the recruitment of both field and office employees. Will coordinate all activities relating to recruitment as well as support the overall success of the HR department. Review resumes, conduct phone prescreens and in-person interviews. Make offers of employment, organize DOT physicals, set up pre-employment drug/alcohol screens and complete new hire orientations.
-- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 1 year recruiting or human resources experience.
-- Strong Microsoft Office Skills.
-- Must be able to work with little or no supervision under tight deadlines and pressure.
