Location: Williamsburg, VA
Job Title: Diesel Technician / Mechanic
Summary: Perform routine maintenance, daily inspections, and minimal reworks. Maintain production standards and perform vehicle maintenance to First Vehicle Services Standards. Ensure work orders are completed properly and accurately.
Vehicles: Transit buses and a few light duty vehicles
Minimum
Qualifications:
Must adhere to our Corporate Minimum Hiring Standards
Must complete Background Check and Drug Screen
At least five (5) years of heavy duty or transit experience
Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B
Must have own basic tool set
Preferred
Qualifications:
ASE Certifications
Schedule:
3:00pm - 1:30am; 4 shifts per week, one shift will fall on either Saturday or Sunday
Overtime possible, may be required based on the needs of the shop
Benefits: Full benefits available after 90 days
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
