Automotive Service Manager

Meineke of Hagerstown is searching for a highly motivated and experienced service manager/lead technician. In this role, you will be the lead technician and have responsibility for all shop operations - including management of the tech staff, assisting technicians in performing technical activities, training and motivating your team as well as assisting in overall store management and related activities. Requirements:
o? Complete set of tools plus 5
years of experience as a lead technician with at least 2 years of service management or supervisory experience
o? Excellent selling and negotiating skills with experience in working directly with the customer
o? Positive attitude and high energy
o? A passion for customer service and a commitment to always doing what is right for the customer
o? Experience managing a team or staff
o? Experience as a service writer
o? Willingness to learn all aspects of managing an auto care center with strong desire for career advancement
o? Multiple ASE certifications
Benefits and Compensation:
o? $45,000 - $55,000 salary based on experience and qualifications
o? 10% base bonus opportunity

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
