Sales Liaison
Leading developer of specialized medical devices seeks a skilled Customer Service and Prospect Contacter!
This is a part-time temp-to-hire position. Monday-Friday 7:30am-11:30am. Starting pay $14/hour.
Job Description:
We are looking for a person who is confident, reliable, hardworking and good on the phone! You will be contacting both new and existing customers to explain their products and gain interest! After gaining interest, you will coordinate with the Sales and Marketing department, and enter the data in their custom program. Contact and customer service is key in this position - customer service is #1 priority!
Requirements:
Must have previous outbound sales or appointment setting experience

years Customer Service experience (in office setting)
Experience with volume call-outs
Proficiency in MS Office and data entry
Passion for great customer service
Past experience in highly customer-centered/sales type work situations
Job Duties Include:
75 outbound calls daily
Answer customer questions
Data entry into custom program
High product knowledge - must be able to explain products effectively

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
