A minimum of 10 years experience in a financial organization, to include demonstrated leadership. The Chief Compliance Officer oversees the Corporate Compliance Program, functioning as an independent and objective body that identifies, reviews and advises on compliance issues/concerns and the overall compliance framework of the organization.
