Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

We have an amazing opportunity for a strong experienced Administrating Assistant working for one of our best clients in Willowick, Ohio.
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm $14-$16 an hour
Responsibilities:
o Manage travel arrangements for service technicians with travel agent
o Handle local rental car logistics for service technicians
o Manage AgendaX scheduling calendar for service technicians
o Process service estimate quotes into orders and set up related jobs
o Process simple parts quotes, including audit quotes
o Answer service and sales department phones
o Download audit photos from service technicians and catalog appropriately
o Provide support to sales and service group to maintain logs, organize data and track activities
o Assist with sales and service documentation requirements
o Process international shipping documentation
o Scan and organize field service reports
o Assist in customer core/exchange and tooling returns and facilitate shipping
o Track warranties

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
o Proven experience working in a support role for sales and service departments
o Proven experience demonstrating customer service skills
o Proven experience scheduling and managing travel arrangements

KEY COMPETENCIES
o Proficient in using ERP and business systems software
o Strong computer skills (including Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook)
o Good written and verbal communication skills
o Ability to multi-task and prioritize
o Good organization skills
o Team player
o Ability to remain calm in a fast paced environment
o Strong customer service attitude
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
