We are a 100% scratch kitchen with an exceptional menu using local seafood and regional dishes.
Polished-casual setting with fine dining quality dishes for our restaurant, outdoor dining and event space for up to 300 guests.
Candidates need experience in high-volume, high-energy restaurants or hotels, managing both a la carte and banquet space.
Attention to detail in steps of service is critical to our success and you should be an expert on training and delivering this level in both the restaurant and event spaces.
