AAP/EEO & Workforce Diversity Manager General Summary A unique opportunity exists for a detail-oriented, energetic and passionate individual to join the Diversity & Inclusion team at Campbell Soup Company.
Candidates must have exceptional analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, excellent judgment and the ability to work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the preparation of and ensuring the quality of Campbell?s affirmative action plans (AAPs); Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) compliance efforts; providing guidance to corporate and plant AAP coordinators/Human Resources (HR) staff; and generating and managing innovative workforce diversity metrics and other initiative related data and analytics.
Essential Job Functions AAP/EEO ? Lead the preparation and ensure the quality of Campbell?s AAPs and updates, including modifying the plans to conform to new and existing regulations, analyzing statistical data and reviewing, verifying, importing and exporting data into reporting tools, templates and spreadsheets to confirm accuracy and completeness.
? Guide and support site AAP/EEO coordinators and HR Generalists with the preparation, communication and implementation of Affirmative Action Plans.
? Provide expertise, data/data analysis and consulting to HR Generalists, Legal and Plant Leaders on Affirmative Action and equal employment opportunity issues, impacting and influencing implementation of plans and compliance.
? Conduct annual assessment of programs and plans and based on results provide leadership, guidance, and advice to HR Generalists, Legal and Plant Leaders on plan adjustments, implementation and regulatory requirements in alignment with Affirmative Action and EEO compliance.
? Coordinate data preparation activities in connection with compliance audits.
Work with Legal to ensure timely production of data requests and interaction with agency representatives.
Assist line and staff management in identifying, resolving, and preventing equal employment opportunity/affirmative action issues.
? Develop and deliver training for HR and business partners to enable accurate data maintenance, analysis and audit support.
? Create data efficiencies through collaboration with HR data partners and third party vendors to ensure complete, accurate transfer of data from each system to prepare AAP, compliance and workforce diversity reports.
? Collaborate with Corporate Compliance to ensure that Campbell's employment policies and practices comply with all relevant Federal, State, and Country requirements for equal opportunity, non-discrimination, and affirmative action.
? Disseminate affirmative action and equal employment opportunity communication materials internally and externally as needed.
? Represent Campbell at industry council meetings, roundtables and workshops to gain and leverage Best Practices to continually evolve strategy and ensure AA/EEO compliance and awareness of ongoing legislative initiatives.
Workforce Diversity ? Enhance and continue to develop workforce diversity analytics/scorecard/reporting system to measure strategy effectiveness and progress against goals, including insights and recommendations as appropriate.
? Drive innovations and ensure the integrity of workforce diversity review reports, including workforce analytics and employee survey data/insights.
? Generate an annual summary of company?s compliance, affirmative action, workforce diversity metrics/efforts in cooperation with the diversity and inclusion team and Campbell partners (part of the group?s annual activity and results summary).
? Support and drive workforce diversity action plans, initiatives and programs through the provision of workforce analytics and employee-related metrics and reports (i.
e.
, functional/business plans, learning initiatives, business resource affinity network activities, etc.
).
? Collaborate and support diversity & inclusion programs and initiatives as needed.
Job Specifications ? Minimum education required Bachelor degree or demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience.
? Legal education, training or experience a plus.
? Minimum five to seven years Affirmative Action and/or Equal Employment Opportunity experience in a large corporate setting or national organization including direct responsibility for the development of Affirmative Action plans and programs.
? Requires three to five years directly related experience in:
o Successfully implementing AA/EEO initiatives within a business and/or corporate environment.
o Reviewing, analyzing and verifying statistical data and other reports relating to workforce diversity, AA/EEO.
o Proven ability to build successful and effective relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, promote ideas persuasively, shape opinion, win buy-in for initiatives and work through conflicts, in order to ensure operational alignment and high impact execution.
o Data analysis and consulting on issues involving compliance agencies, e.
g.
, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), U.
S.
Commission on Civil Rights and other Federal, State, and local agencies.
o Proven presentation, facilitation, collaboration, communication, influencing and organizational skills.
o Skilled functioning in a consultative role for a variety of client groups.
o Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
o Strong computer skills utilizing Microsoft Windows applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other technical tools, including applicant tracking systems and affirmative action planning software.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
