Sales Position
Pottery Paradise (http://potteryparadiseusa.com/) in Richmond, CA is looking for someone to join our Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for all areas of the sales process including cold calling, order validation/ entry, responding to customer questions in a timely fashion, managing documentation flow, ensuring all data is correct and accurately entered into our system.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Calling customer in the office to gather marketing data and doing phone sales
- Supporting sales/customers for ordering process
- Working knowledge of PC, Microsoft Office
- Good communication in English
- Responding to and dealing with customers communication by email, fax and telephone
- At least 1 year sales experience
- Traveling to trade shows out of state
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
