Augustana Chapel View Apartments - On a tree-lined street near local shops and restaurants, the Augustana Chapel View campus offers new possibilities for friendships and connections.
Augustana Chapel View Apartments is looking for a Housing Director with three to five years experience in senior housing. A Bachelor's degree related to long term and/or housing certification as a retirement housing professional is required. Current knowledge of legal requirements related to housing is preferred. Responsibilities will include: managing the day to day operations of our 56 unit senior living community, planning and coordinating marketing activities, finalizing rental agreements/contracts, coordinating recreational and social activities, processing billings and preparing reports.
