Position Description:
The nature of the work is focused on creating and servicing product demand.
Establishes GTM strategies and execution excellence to the sales owned gates (SIM, IGTM, GTM, CSI), through evaluation, measurement and cross functional feedback.
Enables and drives consistency in tools and processes across categories and functions to ensure GTM improvements and excellence.
Partners with other functions to support efficient and effective processes.
Ensure GTM sales capability development and best practices adopted that enhance the sell - in process.
Virtually manages teams and / or projects from initial scope through execution.
Support key initiatives (e.
g.
Sales Planning, Marketplace Transformation) by providing thought partnership and quantitative / qualitative analysis.
Drive development of key strategic deliverables for cross-functional (e.
g.
Sales, Marketplace, Merchandising, etc.
) Emerging Markets initiatives.
Lead special projects of importance to the Emerging Markets Sales Team.
Job Requirements:
Elevated writing, communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to conduct and/or analyze research related to consumers, industries and competitors.
Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial modeling.
Proven ability to solicit information from cross - functional teams and aggregate multiple points of data to tell a story.
Problem structuring and strategic problem solving skills.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum of 6 years directly relevant work experience.
