Electrical Engineer
SUMMARY
Performs engineering work of various types in the design or re-design, manufacture, installation, operation, or maintenance of electronic and electromagnetic systems or equipment. Uses research techniques to analyze and validate design or theory concepts. The incumbent will participate in the company's quality initiatives including, but not limited to:
TS/ISO certification and maintenance of quality systems in place. In addition, the incumbent will participate in the company's safety programs by ensuring a safe and clean working environment, timely reporting of any safety violations, workplace incidents or injuries, and effective housekeeping.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Designing systems and products to facilitate the production areas assigned
Reading design specifications and technical drawings; identify customer requirements
Researching suitable solutions and technical knowledge
Making models and prototypes of products; recording, analyzing, and interpreting test data;
Serve as liaison with team, clients, and suppliers
Proposing modifications and retesting products and qualifying the final product
Servicing and maintaining equipment; preparing product documentation, writing reports and giving presentations
Monitor product in use so as to improve on future designs
REQUIREMENTS
Four-year degree in electronics engineering , or equivalent plus 2-4 years relevant experience
Excellent written and oral communication
Planning and organizational skills, such as time and resource allocation
Ability to work in multidisciplinary team
Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware
Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

years designing, developing and testing all aspects of electrical components, equipment and machinery
Allen - Bradley PLC experience
Project Management experience (EE related, capital expense, etc.)
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
