Do a thorough examination of the work orders and apply advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems by following troubleshooting flowcharts and guidelines and reading manufacturer manuals. Inspect and take detailed reports of phone performance issues and malfunctions. Will also do an inspection of the electrical components of the cell phone for accurate assembly/wiring and defects, detect equipment problems and to ascertain whether mechanical or human errors contributed to the problems. Perform preventative maintenance and tests on a periodic basis by doing a thorough analysis and cleaning and reparing minor equipment to prevent problems. Study and stay up to date on various manuals, or other specifications to determine efficient maintenance procedures for various types of phones. 2 Years of Related Experience REQUIRED.
