PRINCIPAL
Responsibilities:
We must be easily found and preferred as the industry expert and leader. This position leads, develops and coordinates online marketing initiatives, tools and programs to support frontline sales and attract customers. This position is a member of the global team, working collaboratively with headquarters in Europe and each of our five geographic regions. This position is also directly responsible for hands-on activities in the Americas, and for coaching the others.
Cultivate our understanding and use of PPC and other advertising campaigns and initiatives.
Drive the implementation of call-tracking.
Coordinate a variety of ongoing projects related to content renewal across all global websites.
Maintain relations with key vendors, coordinating their activities and reviewing invoices.
Describe and track the process of translating and distributing content to multiple websites.
Work with design teams to create elements (ads, landing pages, etc.) for email and integrated marketing campaigns/programs.
Develop and interpret analytics on a monthly basis; suggest actions for improved results.
Be involved in the details of using CRM for marketing and lead nurturing activities.
Identify opportunities to improve the user-experience on websites.
Own, push and promote all manner of improved lead generation.
Coordinate webinars and other online events to support product launches.
Maintain our U.S. directory sites (e.g., GlobalSpec, ThomasNet, MacRAE's Blue Book).
Actively support e-commerce.
Maintain a project list, prioritizing, setting and meeting deadlines.
Present a monthly report on budget and progress of all activities.
Assist with content creation when required.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Experience: At least eight years of relevant experience is preferred. Proven success working with global teams across cultures and international time zones. The person most likely to fit our team will have experience with marketing initiatives (including search, social media and email marketing) and digital user-experience design. Evidence of ongoing professional development.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines, effectively communicating and setting expectations. Mastery of the English language, with ability to effectively write communications for internal and external use. A proactive, creative sense; always considering new ways to creatively solve online marketing and communications needs within the organization. Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and passionate about serving others. A sense of professionalism. Must be able to travel domestically and internationally - up to 20%.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
