Clinical Team Leader
compensation: $15-$17/hr DOE plus bonuses, vacation, and health benefits
Our dental practice is seeking an outstanding individual to provide concierge level service for our patients as the Clinical Team Leader. This is a full-time position.
We are looking for an individual who has a proven track record of being reliable, energetic, lots of common sense and enjoys making a difference in the lives of others. This person is friendly, highly-organized and works well with all personality types. The clinic team leader is responsible for overseeing and scheduling all assistants in the practice. This position reports directly to the Clinic Administrator and is part of the leadership team.
Required qualification: 3
years dental assisting experience.
Preferred
Qualifications: Spanish speaking, prior management experience, and sales background
