Acceptance Insurance is looking for a performance-driven, self-motivated Multi-Unit District Manager with proven leadership skills for our Eastern Pennsylvania market.
10 store district with stores located in and around Harrisburg, Scranton, Allentown and Norristown.
The ideal District Manager candidate must have at least 5 years of multi-unit management experience in specialty or small box retail operations.
Under limited supervision, our District Managers manage an average of 12 retail stores and 30 sales team members in their assigned geographical area.
District Managers are responsible for the overall performance and production of their district through daily coaching and training in marketing, consultative sales and retention activities.
District Manager compensation packages includes a competitive base salary, incentive plan and monthly auto allowance.

Responsibilities:
The successful District Manager candidate will:
Develop & execute plans to successfully achieve the assigned sales growth goals for the DistrictDirect Agents and CSRs through field visits, reports, and action plan managementEvaluate store business results and mentors through on-the-job corrections and performance managementProvide hands-on presence to assure the district is accountable and driven to meet the company expectations and operates according to company policiesOversee staffing and retention on a weekly basis, works with agents, their regional manager and recruiting team to ensure future staffing needs are metSupport orientation and training of new sales team members to ensure they have the knowledge, skills and abilities to ensure high performance levelsCommunicate effectively and openly to share best practices and resolve issuesExecute new product strategiesConduct local market research to determine customer needs & shares information with MarketingServe as front line response to human resources issues in their district officesConduct quarterly performance reviews for each office to review the past quarter's results and identify performance and/or training opportunities
Qualifications:
The successful District Manager candidate must:
Have High School Diploma or GED Have minimum 5 years multi-unit retail operations experience as an area supervisor, area manager, district manager, regional manager or director is requiredDemonstrate excellence in salesBe self-motivated and dependableHave exceptional leadership skillsHave excellent communication and customer service skillsHave proficient computer skillsPossess a valid driver's licenseBe able to provide proof of automobile insuranceBe willing to travel at least 50% of the time.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
