Serve as the HR business partner at both a strategic and tactical level to the DLT members assigned as primary business partner. Primary responsibilities will be to assess current and future business strategies and needs, and to develop and effectively implement HR strategies and initiatives that positively impact the business.
1. Understand and translate business strategies into appropriate HR strategies, actions, and initiatives for the client groups. Effectively plan and execute initiatives and programs in support of HR strategy through collaborative partnership with the client groups' senior leaders and their leadership teams, maintaining deep understanding of the business and client groups' talent profiles.
2. Work closely with all HR COE partners, leading the execution of initiatives for client groups, including staffing, on-boarding, compensation processes, performance management, talent management (OTP).
3. Advise and facilitate people management, career development, succession planning and training. Coach business leaders to effectively build strong teams and drive performance management.
4. Ensure that the individual and collective relationships between the business and its people are healthy, open, and collaborative through appropriate communication strategies and management behavior. Independently investigate and resolve employee issues.
5. Proactively and respectfully challenge, influence, and coach leaders on HR and other strategies, decisions, and actions.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
