Service Technician - RUSNAK Jaguar / Land Rover Anaheim Hills

We are currently seeking a Service Technician to join our team at RUSNAK Jaguar / Land Rover in Anaheim Hills!
This position is to contribute to the success of Rusnak Automotive Group (the Company) by effectively, efficiently, and correctly repairing vehicles in a safe and timely manner, while upholding the highest levels of professional integrity and achieving individual proficiency rate goals as well as franchise goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Consistently Ensures Client Satisfaction and Safety by Effectively, Efficiently, and Safely Repairing Vehicles Right the First Time, Every Time
o Effectively utilizes manufacturer recommended diagnosis and repair processes.
o Promptly seeks clarification and/or management input, if Client concern, objective, or correct course of action is unclear.
o Upon completion of repair, verifies that the concern has been resolved; communicates clearly the cause and all steps taken to correct the concern.
o Consistently and actively maintains solid working knowledge of, and ensures documentation and procedures comply with, Company, Manufacturer, local, state, and federal policies, procedures and regulations, which pertain to the sale and service of new and pre-owned vehicles; consistently demonstrates passion for continued learning regarding brand-specific knowledge.
o Consistently, effectively, and efficiently locates, reads, analyzes, interprets, understands, and successfully performs work based upon complex technical documents.
Effectively and Efficiently Achieves Proficiency Rate
o Consistently participates in determination of personal performance targets; sets challenging goals.
o Organizes work and work tools to minimize damage and/or loss.
o Required to successfully pass and remain current on all certification testing.
REQUIREMENTS
o Required:
minimum three (3) years of related and progressively responsible automotive retailer, LAND ROVER vehicle Service Technician experience.
o License Required:
Current California Driver License with satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving record
o License/Diploma Desired:
Technical School Diploma and Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
