Supervisory Psychologist (Assistant Chief, Domiciliary Operations)

The incumbent serves as Assistant Chief, Domiciliary Operations, Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Programs (DRRTP).
The domiciliary is a 120-bed service that provides interdisciplinary residential rehabilitation and homeless services to eligible veteran.
The incumbent assists the Dom Chief in the development and implementation of policies related to all phases of domiciliary services in coordination with various clinical, allied health and administrative services within the medical center.
The incumbent has responsibility in sufficient scope to make decisions in the areas of personnel, administration, and space-utilization, budget planning and programmatic compliance of the Domiciliary.
The incumbent provides lead oversight of the Environment of Care, safety and security in the Domiciliary.
The incumbent serves as the administrative and supervising official for the Domiciliary Ancillary and Homeless Services.
Specifically, the Assistant Chief provides administrative supervision to social workers, nurses, Program Support Assistants, Social Service Assistants, administrative professionals, and medical support assistants.
As assistant to the Chief of Domiciliary Operations, responsibilities lie principally in the areas of significant administrative support to the Chief, personnel issues, fiscal planning, revenue enhancement, and physical plant maintenance.
The incumbent supports the Chief in maintaining resident morale, staff motivation, health and safety, and clear program expectations.
The incumbent may be a business manager, nurse, psychologist, social worker, social science program specialist or similarly qualified health or business professional.
A business orientation in managing domiciliary operations, completion of reports, and providing daily oversight for management of patient flow is required.
The duties of the assistant chief necessitate outstanding organizational and computer skills, especially spreadsheet competence, to assist in the efficient domiciliary operation as well in system redesign projects.
The incumbent has both local and national level responsibility for the continued professional development of the Domiciliary Care program.
The incumbent supports the Chief in the establishment of any training programs within the Domiciliary.
This may require the coordination of local and national training seminars and workshops, as well as professional involvement in ongoing Domiciliary training.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4:
30 PM.
This position is a non-bargaining unit position.
Relocation expenses and/or incentives have not been authorized.
Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) is authorized upon availability of funds.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
