Job Description:
o Monday-Friday, 9-5
o Provide direct therapy in individual or group setting
o Maintain patient records
o Collaborate with other therapeutic professionals
o Collect data and implement patient treatments as directed by a certified behavioral analyst (BCBA)
Requirements:
o 1 Year of ABA experience
o Bachelors degree
o ABA Certification.

Responsibilities include:
o Administers, Scores, and Interprets Various Tests
o Interviews and Observes Veterans to Assess Aptitudes and Interests
o Plans effective treatment and recommends treatment objectives
o Administers Treatment utilizing the recreational therapy modality with individual/groups of patients having physical, emotional and social disabilities.
o Evaluates and adjusts treatments
o Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications include:
o At least one year of current experience in Recreation Therapy
o Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS)
o Basic Life Support (BLS)
o Water Safety and Health Fitness Instructor certifications preferred
o Current Health Certificate per contract or state requirement
o Current PPD or Chest x-ray
o Successful completion of Maxim screening test with a score of 80% or greater.
o Must meet all of Maxim's pre-employment screening requirements
