This is a great 13 week assignment for a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The position will involve working 32 hours per week, starting as soon as possible. We are offering very competitive compensation for a qualified PT candidate.
Job Description for Therapists Unlimited Employees:
Provides therapy services to patients in a variety of settings including, but not limited to, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, home health companies and schools.
Assists in the assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication.
Functions under supervision of the therapist designated by the client facility.

Job Requirements:
Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Successful completion of National Certification Examination
1 year of verifiable, supervised professional experience within the last 3 years
Valid PT license in state of practice
