Experience: Preferred experience in customer service and common office tasks.

Superior communication and interpersonal skills required
Friendly, polite customer service skills on the phone and in person
Listen and respond to customers' inquiries/complaints
Efficient time management skills
Familiarity with Account Receivables for daily payment processing
Sharp math skills
Scrutinizing attention to detail for daily technician paperwork/data entry
Clerical skills for filing and organization
Experience in collections management is a plus, but not required
Exceptional computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
Familiarity with appointment scheduling
Ability to work cohesively with team of technicians to ensure work completion
Patience
Multi-tasking

JOB
Summary:
Customer service representatives help field customer calls and serve as a liaison between customers, service technicians and sales representatives. In this position, you would assist customers in scheduling services and resolve concerns, monitor accounts receivables and process daily work.
If you have excellent computer skills, good problem-solving ability and superb communication and interpersonal skills, this is a position for you! The position requires a lot of time on the phone, a good deal of patience and the ability to multi-task. You may be required to work some Saturdays for a half day.

Account Receivables
Collections Management
Inside sales
Reporting
Filing, archiving, organization
Various other tasks approved by branch manager
COMPENSATION: $10-12/hr based on experience, paid training period
Benefits: Health insurance available after 90 days, paid vacation and sick time, holiday pay, 401K available

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
