Hair Stylist
We are new franchisees opening our Salon this March and we are looking for stylists that want to be a part of something new. Energized stylists with a positive energy to add to what we have already started to build on. Someone that can serve our guests in a friendly, professional way, letting them know that their satisfaction is of the utmost importance. Ready to train in and use the SUPERCUTS technique effectively, creatively and with efficiency. Utilizing consultation procedures to ensure that every guest's expectations are exceeded is part of the commitment a stylist makes when he/she becomes our employee.
Duties:
Provide quality haircuts by consulting with the guest and using SUPERCUTS technique
Educate the guests and recommend products to help the guests maintain his/her hairstyle between store visits
Follow the Staff Appearance Standards
Achieve goals set by management team
Maintain current cosmetology or barber's license
Attend all required technical training sessions
Perform receptionist's duties
Qualifications:
Must have a valid cosmetology or barber's license.
Must have a hairstyle academy certificate. (Obtained from Supercuts after successfully completing 5 day training)
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
