Senior Software Engineer / Team Leader

We're looking for an individual with a track record of successful web application delivery to fill a senior role in the continued development of our device responsive web portal. Five years into our development, we need a senior player experienced in large enterprise software to take our portal to a higher level including integration with the new wave of personal health trackers and open architecture exercise data capture systems. Having used a variety of development teams, we've now reached a stage where it's time to build a Manchester based, in-house team. This is your opportunity to build a small, elite team to develop a game-changing application.
Responsibilities include:
Building a small team
Helping to define the future direction of our architecture in a way that leverages our existing infrastructure but also ensures a robust, scalable application
Task scheduling, assignment, tracking
Ensuring good teamwork
Resolving technical conflicts
Communicating with key stakeholders
Tool stack includes:
Visual Studio 2010 or above, ASP.Net, JQuery, Telerik RAD controls, HTML 5, CSS 3, Responsive, SQL Server 2008 R2 or above, VB.Net, Team Foundation Server (TFS)

Requirements:
Six or more years' experience, including the .Net stack, developing large, full-stack, enterprise-wide web applications with a backend database
Two or more years' experience as a development Team Leader
Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) or comparable source control system
Experience in developing device responsive UI with cross-browser compatibility
Experience creating and using dynamic stored procedures to allow one stored procedure to server 2 or more similar purposes
Comfortable working at all levels of the application stack
Experience doing all database object creation, update, and management with scripts
Experience in performance analysis and improvement
Experience with SQL Compare or equivalent tool Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
