Sales Consultant
ALFA Business is looking for responsible, qualified and motivated Sales Consultants who are looking for a long term career. Must be an aggressive and goal oriented sales person. Candidate must have professional sales ability with skills in prospecting and closing sales. Candidate must be highly motivated, team focused and results oriented while possessing excellent communication, written and oral skills.
Responsibilities Include:
Experience in generating new customer accounts as well as service and maintain existing accounts
Experience with Outside Sales or willingness to learn
Analyze customer needs and interests and determine how company products and services can best meet their needs
Conduct all business transactions in an ethical manner and professional demeanor at all times
Skills & Abilities:
Computer Skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Patient, persistent and capable of multi-tasking
Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and co-workers
Dependable and trustworthy, following company policies and procedures
Build strong presentations for customers and present them in a clear and concise manner, following company pricing guidelines and procedures
Outside the box thinker/problem solver
Requirements:
Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills (English)
Desire and willingness to learn and use new technologies
Valid California Driver License and dependable automobile
Salary (2 Options to choose from):
Option 1: $15 per hour, plus Bonuses and Auto Allowance
OR
Option 2: Percentage of Commission on Gross Profit of Sale, plus Bonuses, and Auto AllowanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
