Candidate should have a working knowledge of commercial lines insurance. Should be able to manage medium to high level premium accounts and work well with their Producer.
Qualifications:
oAt least 3
years as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.
oEasily analyzes and prioritizes information, distilling it to the critical issues and drawing accurate conclusions.
oPreviously worked with other Account Managers and Producers.
oProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
oKnowledge of Applied Systems TAM preferred.
oMust have knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance products, services, and markets.
oExemplary communication skills both verbal and written.
oProperty/Casualty License required; and
oBS/BA preferred.
Job Duties:
oWorks with commercial insurance Producer to manage a book of commercial accounts.
oResponsible for servicing all aspects of commercial accounts.
oMaintains client satisfaction and quality reviews.
oProvides professional service to clients.
oProcesses the Producer's mail.
oProcesses broker of record letters.
oProcesses cancellation/non-renewal of lost accounts.
oProcess audit reviews (General Liability and Worker's Compensation).
oEnsures compliance with underwriting guidelines (Apps, Loss Runs and MRVs).
oAssists in gathering new business and renewal information.
oActs as backup on marketing- confirming receipt of application, securing incidental underwriting information as needed by Producer.
oActs as backup to process submissions.
oActs as backup to create proposals for clients with the assistance of the Producer.
oAdds new policies and applications, using accord forms for policy submissions.
oIn addition to the above referenced job description, any other job assigned by management.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
