Learning Specialist - Client Liason 74190
Minimum Requirements:
Project Management: you are 100% responsible for the whole deployment of the projects you are in charge of. To deliver the product, you manage the projects in terms of quality, schedule and profitability. You build trust with your clients and develop a close relationship with them: the firm becomes a real partner for them.
Learning solutions design: you engineer a solution especially for each client, and are in charge of conceiving, launching and following it up. You will have to monitor the partners involved in all your projects. You will also be part of our sales team making sure we have new and practical ideas to wow our prospective customers.
Communication campaigns: you design the communication plan for each solution in a way that involves the learners' community in their learning process.
Change management & empowerment programs: delivery of the Academy training events for customers, partners or project managers all around our territory.
Requirements:
You are a recent graduate from a Business School or equivalent
You are a native English speaker with excellent writing and communication skills
Fluency in Spanish would be appreciated to help business developments in Latin America.
You have a previous Internship and/or work experience within the USA as a Project Manager, a Training Manager, an HR Manager or an L&D Consultant
You can wear many hats and pull together disparate teams of internal & external people
You have a good understanding of current business and HR issues and can explain your ideas and convince people you are right
You are detail oriented and are highly organized with killer project management skills
