Special Agent Representative - Bilingual Spanish
We are looking for a Special Agent Representative to join our team at our Headquarters in Buena Park, CA. The Special Agent Representative will serve as a liaison between the corporate office and the field sales team processing agent exclusive and transaction commitment applications. They will be responsible and accountable for the accurate review and analysis of information received. Responsibilities will be as follows:
o Review all new exclusive and transaction commitment applications.
o Consolidate agent's competitive transaction reports.
o Troubleshoot any application errors or issues.
o Serve as a liaison between the corporate office and the field sales team.
o Correspondence - respond to all e-mails in a timely manner.
o Data entry.
Job Requirements
o Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with macros a plus.
o Strong analytical skills.
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
o High School Diploma.
o Ability to work with minimal supervision.
o Attention to detail.
o Ability to prioritize and solve problems.
o Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
