Direct Support Professional
RSI has openings in Noblesville for direct support professionals to assist an individuals with disability to lead a self-directed life and contribute to the community, assist with activities of daily living if needed, and encourage attitudes and behaviors that enhance community inclusion. A DSP may provide supports to a person with a disability at home, work, school, church, and other community places. A DSP also acts as an advocate for the disabled individual, in communicating their needs, self-expression and goals.
You must have valid Indiana driver's license, reliable car, and auto insurance. Shifts are 12 hours or 24/7 shifts one week on/one week off. Benefits include health insurance. Part-time
is also available.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
