Bar and Grill Manager

We are currently looking for excellent leaders with Great People Skills. Someone who posses good communication and interpersonal skills. You must have a high level of initiative and are able to make sound decisions, with strong problem solving abilities. We are a Family owned restaurant that instill a lot of the family atmosphere with our team members and guests.

Oversees and manages all areas of the restaurant
Staff, train and develop hourly employees through orientations, ongoing feedback and by conducting performance reviews
Direct and manage staff members to meet standards and objectives
Organize and adjust staff schedules in accordance with available resources and labor regulations
Maintain regular communication with staff and management through meetings and discussions
Ensure guest service meets The Rock standards and guest satisfaction is maintained
Respond to guest complaints, taking appropriate action to solve the problem
Direct cleaning of the kitchen, bar and dining areas to maintain sanitation standards and keep appropriate records
Monitor actions of staff and guests to ensure that health and safety standards and liquor regulations are being obeyed
Oversee accurate cash handling procedures and ensure necessary paperwork is complete
End of Day administrative work is complete and accurate
Make certain all deliveries are checked in correctly and documentation is correct. Also, to ensure the integrity of the product being delivered
Help in organizing and managing small and large events held on and off location throughout the year
Adhering to budgets, increasing profits and managing cash flow
Controls costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation; minimizing waste; ensuring high quality of preparation.











Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
