Administrative Assistant/Property Mgmt Co.
Full-time administrative position available in a successful community association management company with a long history of recognition and growth. Applicants must have strong verbal and written communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment.
Applicants with previous customer service experience and a college degree are preferred. Knowledge or experience in construction/property management a plus!
Candidate must be able to perform and/or manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities concurrently with a positive attitude.
This is a very busy office!
There is no down time.
Salary is negotiable and based on experience.

Main Job Tasks and
Responsibilities:
o Process and track maintenance requests, violations and homeowner communications in
property management program
o Coordinate contractors and maintenance to ensure timely response to homeowners
o Provide clerical support to Property Managers including mailing preparations and
homeowner correspondence
