Position Description:
Candidate will be responsible for understanding the financial operations and processes for Client Networks Business. Provide assistance with financial reporting and analysis. This position will participate in process evaluation, ad hoc reporting, and various financial duties. Requires ability to interpret and adapt theory and textbook concepts into workable solutions for delivery of work. May instruct or coach other professionals. Responsible for gathering and analyzing information from multiple sources to produce weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports for Client Networks Leadership. Conduct planning research to identify trends with the data integrated into STA's business plans. Responsible for building and maintaining knowledge database regarding creation of reports. Applies advanced technical knowledge of departmental principles and procedures. Performs work within company and regulatory guidelines. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of SEA's business environment.

Responsibilities:
Data Management
Build out and maintain business' purchase order database
Centralize access to database to ensure data security and integrity

Report Analytics
Develop reports to track KPI's to measure overall health of business operations
Daily revenue (target vs. actual)
Inventory reports
Key Performance Metrics (i.e. KPI's)
Project Tracker (i.e. tracking from purchase order to invoicing)
Weekly business updates (i.e. current issues and challenges)

- Reporting and analysis of data which includes, but not limited to:
- Deferred and Accrued Revenue
- Prepaid Assets
- Planned vs. Actual Sales
- Variance Analysis
- Aging Outbound Inventory
-Accounts Receivable & Payable Monitoring

Liaison
Serve as the focal point of contact for data analytics and reporting
Act as liaison between business operations and headquarters in Korea on matters relating to data management and analytics

Project Management:
-Track progress of special projects from inception to implementation as required by business
-Prepare project plans or dashboards and communicate progress of work against deadline to stakeholders
-Track business performance versus objectives (based on parameters set in MBO)
- Manage project financial position by maintaining budget vs. actual cost comparison for the entire lifecycle of the projects
- Timely escalation and mitigation of issues that could negatively impact on project profitability.

Other Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining budgeting and forecast of departmental support functions
- Drive various initiatives to improve cost as well as operating efficiency

Requirements
This role is critical to providing reporting on status of revenue, PO receipts, plan versus actual reporting, outbound inventory reductions, aging 1st GI, aging A/R, construction RMA, and daily flash.
Internally and externally this position supports both Korean and English speakers with regards to ad-hoc data and analysis requests from both STA/HQ.
This role is critical to maintaining visibility to operational metrics to insure all orders are processed, aging inventory is decremented, and aging A/R is addressed.
Reports created by this individual are requested by the Networks SVP level as well as the HQ CFO. Management requires this role to insure order are timely and accurate.


Educational / Experience
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience, preferably Finance
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, preferred
Proficient with MS Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook; Access
Experience compiling and maintaining large spreadsheets/trackers or college course in MS excel, Need at minimum intermediate excel skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
