Customer Service/Engraver

This is a permanent, part-time position with an average of 15-20 hours per week to start. Possibility of going full time for right person. These hours increase during April-May-June and again in October-November. We foster a good, hard-working, but fun, non-corporate work environment. Job duties/requirements:
Maintain a positive attitude
Provide customer-focused service in a professional manner both over the phone and with customers in the showroom
Manage work flow of laser engraving, sublimation and assembly while becoming efficient at all aspects of the business.
Receive products into inventory and complete quality inspections
Complete light assembly of products arriving from outside vendors
Pack products as necessary
Perform necessary organizing and cleaning of store and work area.
Manage and implement processes and procedures as required
Deal with problems as they occur in a calm and professional manner.
Achieve goals set by your manager and work as a team member to achieve common company goals.
Able to work with limited supervision
Professional appearance
Computer proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook required
Some experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Corel Draw desirable but not necessary

Excellent organizational skills required.Must be a self-starter, able to work in a fast paced environment with attention to detail and meet daily deadlines. This position does require Saturday morning hours up to 1-2 times per month.
Drug testing may be required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
