Qualifications:
Job Title is Rebate Processor and be filled in the Rocky Hill, CT location.
The position reports into Customer Service.
Associate or Bachelor's Degree ideal with a concentration in Finance/Business.
Candidate will be working with MS Excel worksheets, Lotus Notes Database and SAP.
It would be helpful if they had some experience with Excel and SAP and have an aptitude for details and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
Candidate will be reformatting excel spreadsheets so they can be uploaded into SAP program used to create credit notes for distributor rebates.
Once credit notes are completed, excel files need to be formatted back into distributor templates, credit notes numbers added, and excel files sent back to distributors.
Candidate will need to learn how to look up information in a lotus notes pricing database and use key information to update an SAP table used in the upload process.
