Aside from managing the restaurant, our General Managers are also expected to exercise all efforts to drive up the sales and increase the store's profitability. Qualifications
Must have 3-5 years of Restaurant General Management experience
Casual Restaurant General Manager Experience a plus
Restaurant General Manager should have high Volume Restaurant General Manager Experience a plus
Restaurant General Manager should have the ability to train, guide and lead team members
Restaurant General Manager should have the ability to work with a high degree of independence and discretion
Restaurant General Manager should be able to work well under pressure and has strong problem solving skills
Restaurant General Manager should be a good organizational, communication and time-management skills
