Development Lead / Manager
Responsibilities:
o Manage various software development projects for Operational Risk Management
o Practice standard development process understanding the SDLC waterfall approach and as well the agile approach
o Work as a solution architect and manage teams as by taking ownership of software architecture, quality, performance, security and scalability on software products
o Prepare and plan project timelines, estimates, staffing, scope, milestones and release software by collaborating with product owners, stakeholders, other teams and third party vendors
o Stay current with technology and improve technical knowledge and capability within the department
Qualifications:
o Experience in working with business intelligent tools (i.e. MicroStrategy BO, Cognos., )
o Understanding of data implementation methodologies and approach
o On hands experience designing and developing applications using Java, J2EE, ExtJS
o Bachelor's degree in a technical area from an accredited college or university
o Previous experience with client facing product development and delivery
o Experience leading a team of developers or prior experience as a solution architect with hands-on experience on architecting software solution for enterprise use
o Demonstrated leadership in technical analysis, design, and engineering of core business applicationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
