o 5-7 years of application development experience 3 years of project management in traditional and Agile/Scrum methodologies
o Experience in J2EE or .Net, Web Services and Relational Databases
o Strong focus on Scope, Schedule, Budgets and Resources
o Conduct project meetings, project tracking and analysis
o Work concurrently on multiple projects and large firm-wide initiatives
o Communicate timely project status updates to all key stakeholders
o Manage project risk, develop mitigation plans and escalate issues as needed Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Experience in all areas of PMBOK including Project Integration Management, Quality Management, Risk Management, Project stakeholder Management, Resource Management and Cost Management
Qualifications
o Ability to assist with architecture and design of applications
o Ability to gather and document project tasks and the timelines
o Detail oriented with ability to breakdown the tasks and identify critical paths as needed Proven experience in managing large scale projects
o Work effectively with BU, Business Analysts, Development and QA teams
o Must be able to perform and manage tasks in dynamic circumstances
o Strong user-focused individual with a passion for responding to the needs of users
o Strong interpersonal skills to serve as an effective liaison between multiple teams
o Bachelor's degree PMP Certification is a plus Finance industry or HR IT experience is a plus
Additional Description:
Possesses experience in the overall responsibility for structuring a project, performing the detailed planning, and managing project execution and completion of moderate or large projects. Defines the phase deliverables, tracks milestones and incurred expenses versus planned expenses, schedules roles and resources, evaluates risks and recommends contingency plans. Manages the development of the technical strategy. Assigns resources and tasks, and manages quality assurance, resolution of issues, status reviews and reporting, development of standards, change control, customer support, and compliance with all policies and procedures. Possesses familiarity with Method 1documentationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
