Residential Real Estate Closer needed for busy, growing real estate firm, in Bluffton, SC.
Litigation experience Preferred.
Must have 2 plus years of closing,
Candidates should have 2-5 years legal experience in real estate.
Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and be detail oriented.
Pre-closing experience is a plus
Candidates must also be professional, motivated, organized and possess exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Case management software experience.
Able to type 55
wpm.
Proficient in Microsoft office.
