Summary:
PART TIME PROJECT WORK FOR 5-7 DAYS & POSSIBLY ONGOING
Provides customer service functions pertaining to the assignment of BPO orders to real estate agents and manages the process until order is received.

Qualifications:
High school diploma
Knowledge of the BPO techniques
Minimum of 2 years Call Center experience
Excellent phone skills
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong multi-tasking skills
Organizational and analytical skills
Detail oriented
MS Word, Excel and internet skills
Type 45 WPM
Job Duties &
Responsibilities:
Place BPO orders with agents upon receipt
Confirm or reassign order, if necessary, within 24 hours
Track and troubleshoot orders to ensure that they are received within 3-5 days for drive-by BPOs and 7-10 days for interior BPOs
Manage vendor and client customer services requirements
Cancel orders that can not be placed with management approval
Contact client to request prior appraisals for address clarification on appropriate orders
Request client fee increases on exception orders with management approval
Contact client to request access and procedure information
Provide client with status updates on deadline delays or any issue that prevents the order from meeting the contractual TAT
Prospect for new vendors in rural areas or when needed
Assist supervisor as requested
Expected to participate in overtime as directedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
