Operations Manager for Distribution Center

Qualified Candidates Must Meet the Following Requiements

years manufacturing experience, including management and distribution center experience
Knowledge and experience in distribution center shipping and receiving flow, quality, safety, staffing, scheduling,training, compliance, etc.
Developing, training and monitoring staff and supervisors
Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilites Include:
Leading and coordinating all activities of the Distribution Center Operations team
Managing the DC functions on all shifts
Developing and monitoring the DC operational budget
Developing and analyzing production and operating reports
Developing and revising standard operational and working practices
Planning the shipping and receiving flow; Troubleshooting Quality issues
Monitoring customer orders
Developing and working with Supervisors in all areas.
Overall managment of Operations
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
