Job Description:
This position is accountable for driving all business healthcare receivable/revenue cycle services revenue in new accounts for all services. The Manager of Sales creates the account planning, and sales strategies achieving the organization's revenue goals.
The Manager of Sales will also be responsible for recruiting new salespeople, sales operations, ensuring an optimal sales model for services and solutions, and achieving all sales revenue and budgeting objectives. Must be an experienced business person who is comfortable and experienced with conversation at the CEO & CFO level in hospitals and health systems. The individual is expected to actively participate in sales activities and coaching the sales leadership, account executives, and selling teams on ways to improve performance and achieve goals, and assisting with complex sales pursuit management. The Manager of Sales provides oversight for complex sales pursuits aggressively manages pipeline and sales performance and proactively initiates new business and works closely with the marketing function to establish successful industry representation and sales partnership opportunities.

Company is focused on the hospital / health system provider space, and this position requires experience in such.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and executing oversight of sales strategies, sales objectives, and programs in support of a large and diverse commissioned sales force and sales support organization. Plans, directs, and coordinates the sales forces' efforts toward meeting the overall sales objectives of the organization.
Create and execute a lead generation, sales and business development strategies for company that supports selling all of service offerings that meet market demands
Develop, lead and mentor a complex and geographically dispersed sales organization composed of account executives, account managers, executive sales personnel and sales operation resources
Recruit, develop, coach and mentor new sales associates to build a high performing sales organization
Create key performance indicators that mark progress and create a culture of metric driven management
Create metrics that actively support sales initiatives, and revenue objectives; develop and monitor pipeline opportunities
Provide clear, timely communication, expand skills, maximize capabilities and develop future sales executives
Establish and manage effective relationship with senior executives (C-Suite and BOD) at prospective client/hospitals/health systems
Plan and conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations

Desired Skills and
Experience:
Minimum ten years progressive and successful sales leadership, preferably in the healthcare receivables services industry
Deep Healthcare Provider industry knowledge with successful senior sales leadership experience, applied in a fast-paced, dynamic and rapidly growing management / professional services environment
Experience managing sales teams.
Proven success having built a significant Healthcare Sales organization resulting in a solid market penetration
Ability to demonstrate quantifiable results in highly complex and geographically dispersed organization
Demonstrated ability to devise and execute high performing teams that provides increase market share
Deep understanding of key Healthcare Provider market trends, challenges and business issues
Experience and Education:
Bachelor's degree (required) preferably in health administration or business or the service management field Master's degree highly preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
