We are looking for a driven entry level graduate with an educational background in IT (CIS/MIS/etc.) and preferably internship or minimal job experience with Java development. They will be working in Downingtown, PA with a team of onshore and offshore developers who work to automate applications throughout the organization. This individual would be working with other Jr. and Sr. level resources and an eagerness to learn is imperative.

Ideal Candidate: Professional Java development experience, a passion for learning, and hopes to become a Sr. Developer in the future.

Communication
Solid documentation skills: Good (Written) English language
Strong conversational English language skills.
Initiates and participates in design discussions.
Documents code, processes, procedures as a normal part of duties.
Willingness to regularly sync up with team members at odd hours in order to facilitate communication with offshore developers.
Ability to aggregate and report on team progress and issues back to the customer.

Leadership
Ability to assist and participate in team meetings
Ability to work with team members based on shifting priorities.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision and complete assigned tasks.

Software Development:
6 months
educational, professional or internship development experience with some of the following: OOP, Java, Agile, Test Drive Development, SQLEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
