Recruiter / Customer Service Representative

The Recruiter/CSR is accountable for supporting the office staff as directed by the Branch Manager and/or Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will need to possess good customer service and problem solving skills, the ability to communicate with community advocates and must have strong attention to detail. Starting pay is $12.00 per hour.
Job responsibilities include functioning as a liaison between Spherion, the client, the employee and the community. Applicants must have knowledge of data entry, typing, faxing, filing and general clerical skills; the ability to assist with recruitment and marketing efforts; help develop and research new recruitment avenues; communicate well with clients and office personnel; make efforts towards self-development; and set an example to peers and team members. Applicants will also be responsible for assisting the office in filling client orders with qualified employees; communicate status of work to supervisor; provide timely and thorough service to clients; and any other duties assigned by management.
Preferred Qualifications include:
College degree with concentration in business related subjects
Minimum of one-year experience in a fast-paced, customer service environment
Proficiency in MS applications
Must be adaptable, flexible and maintain effectiveness during change
Strong communication and problem solving abilities
Reliable transportation
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
