Rapidly expanding corporation located in the Mid-Westchester area is in need of an HR Specialist to join their team. The main responsibility of this position is to recruit the best qualified employees for the available positions and support the HR Generalist function.
Your role:
Recruit various positions with little supervision or oversight from Manager or Director- develop sourcing strategy, screen all candidates, interview and set up further interviews with appropriate teams. Must be able to develop relationships with hiring managers
Oversee background checks
Participate in Employee Relations Investigations
Work with outside staffing agencies when appropriate
Maintain all tracking reports including but not limited to; open job reports, cost per hire, etc.
Assist with the Company's Immigration Process
Assist with unemployment process by tracking all unemployment claims and work with our outside vendor Internet job postings and Internal Job posting process
Track employee referrals and maintain program
Conduct orientation, termination and reduction in force scenarios, exit interviews and track employee attrition
Assist in HR administrative tasks
Develop position descriptions
Support Vice President and HR Management with any special projects (i.e. Compensation analysis, assist in performance reviews)
Requirements:
BA or BS degree Required
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
2-3 year recruitment experience
HR Generalist knowledge is a must
Must be able to travel
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
