Controller Accounting Manager
Primary objective of position: Responsible for day to day managaement and smooth operation of the accounting functions including direct supervision of accounting staff. position reports directly to the CFO.
IN ADDITION to providing business decision suuport to the CFO and being responsible for assisting the CFO in budgeting, monthly financial reporting this position will innteract with other departmental leaders and staff to support and improve business processes.
major area of accountibility:
prepareation of month end flash report.
preperation of monthly financial statements.
oversee reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and report status to CFO.
lead inventory financial management.
prepare or over see monthly and quarterly royalty accrual and payment reports for clients.
supervise, motivate and train accounting staff including participating in weekly department staff meetings
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
