-You must have a good driving record and have been licensed in the United States for a minimum of 2 out of the last 3 years.Must have a minimum of six months OTR in the past three years. No more than two moving violations in any 12 month period over the past three years. No DUI or DWI convictions within the past five years. Decent background checks (we'll look at minor bumps in the past!). Minimum age requirement:
25 or 23 with 2 years of verifiable OTR experience including 6 months of verifiable flatbed experience
